Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy (30 Days)

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or personal care items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund after review.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unused, unopened product for a refund and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If your refund has not been received within 15 business days, contact us at gwengamboa@epiphanybotanicals.com.
